Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We believe in Velirosa completely. If you don't see a visible improvement in your hair thickness or a reduction in shedding within 60 days of daily use, we will refund you in full — no questions asked.
To request your refund, simply email us at Hello@Velirosa.com within 60 days of your purchase date. You do not need to return the product.
Standard Returns
Outside of our money-back guarantee, you also have the right to return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To start a return, contact us at Hello@Velirosa.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
Refund Process
Once we have confirmed your return or money-back guarantee request, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the credit.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Hello@Velirosa.com with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Subscription Orders
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date by emailing Hello@Velirosa.com. Subscriptions cancelled after a charge has been processed will not be refunded for that billing cycle, but no further charges will be made.
